Ron Cobert, director/dp, teams up with Kiki Melendez, and the Cecila Mota group to produce this corporate video assisting the quest to raise money for the Manny Mota Foundation.

Shot mostly in the Dominican Republic for the Manny Mota Foundation (http://www.mannymotafoundation.com), the production worked tirelessly with the baseball players and entertainers who support the cause to create the film, including Pedro Martinez, Carlos Beltran, Preston Wilson, Quilvio Veras, Neifi Perez, Moises Alou, Henry Rodriguiz, Rafael Furcal, Sammy Sosa, Jose Offerman, Jose Offerman, Jose Paniagua, Jose Mesa, Carlos Baerga, Jose Canseco, Anthony Alvarez, Jose Luis Franco, Lina Santos, Adamari Lopez, Lorena Meritano, Archi Lanfranco, Ariel Lopez Padilla, Jose Alberta “El Canario”, Sergio Vargas. and Kiki Melendez.

For over 30 years, the foundation has provided much needed resources and assistance to thousands of children, providing educational, health and recreational opportunities for the underprivileged and disadvantaged youth, using the Manny Mota Baseball Clinics program as the bridge or platform to teach our youth to build healthy bodies and minds through positive role models, teaching self-discipline through sports, as well as providing impoverished communities with the tools necessary for improvement and self-reliance.

With the help of this film, the Manny Mota Foundation succeeded in receiving much needed sponsors to continue the support the charity supports, including a much needed shelter and health clinic.
